Gift Voucher Policy

A gift voucher is a great way to introduce someone to the benefits of a Mit Beauty & Body Care Ltd. treatment experience. Your friend or family member has invested valuable money into your gift.  Please read our gift voucher policies carefully so you are clear on our gift voucher terms & conditions and can make the most of your gift voucher.


Followings are the terms & conditions for gift voucher:

• Please mention your voucher when booking your appointment.

• Vouchers must be presented on arrival for your appointment.

• Treatments need to be booked in advance. Once you have received your voucher(s), please have your voucher code available when making your booking.

• If you are booing online, you will ask for voucher code at the end while making payment.

• During online booking once you enter your voucher code, system will ask for 50% deposit of your total amount which will automatically be deducted from the voucher and upon your arrival you can pay the rest of your amount by showing your gift voucher.

• Vouchers are valid for one year from date of issue.

• There are no extensions for expired gift vouchers.

• Vouchers can only be redeemed if there is appointment time available. Please think ahead for scheduling your booking as we may not be able to accommodate the day or time you request – especially when it is days away from your voucher expiring.  The non-availability of an appointment time will not warrant an extension of the expiry date.

• In the case of an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged against the gift voucher.

• Failure to attend your booked appointment will result in the full value of the treatment booked being deducted from the value of the voucher.

• Vouchers can be redeemed for salon treatments and services and product purchases at normal retail price only.

• Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolenVouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for further or alternative vouchers, irrespective of the intended recipient.Vouchers are non-transferable.

• They must be redeemed by the named recipient of the voucher.Vouchers may be used to purchase full cost treatments only.

• They may not be used to purchase salon specials or promotions.

• We will however honour the remaining balance of the voucher for future use.

• We ask that you respect our voucher conditions.


REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Every time you book your next visit with us, you will get chance to earn Loyalty Points. Spend $1 on treatments (excluding cosmetic tattoo treatments & product purchase) to earn 1 Loyalty Point. 

How you can earn rewards:


You can earn rewards by simply using same email, contact number and your name on every visit during checkout.
*Note: You may loose your earned rewards if you choose to use different above details.

How you can redeem your rewards?

After couple of visit to our salon, when your total spending amount is reached to $360, you will earn 360 points and you’re now eligible of $18 as your reward. And after that your point counter gets reset.

Rewards are to be used by the person who earns them.

Rewards may not be used towards purchases of any products, gift voucher or cosmetic tattoo.

Rewards are non transferrable.

Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary refund.

Mit Beauty & Body Care Limited is not responsible for communications or Rewards lost due to an inaccuracy in or change of address or other contact information.

Mit Beauty & Body Care Limited reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict any aspect of the Reward Program at any time with or without notice.

Warranty for Nail Polish

In the event you chip your nails within 3 days for gel polish, please report this with a photo to our Facebook, WhatsApp or Instagram account or email us on info@mitbeautycare.co.nz and we will offer you a free touch – up on the effected nails within 7 days. Outside this period there will be a small fee. 


This warranty is void if:

The customer has the (artificial) nails serviced by another nail shop.

• The customer works without gloves with harsh chemicals.

• The customer accidentally break their nails.

• The customer has the artificial nails bitten or intentionally aborted.

• The customer used products other than those recommended by us for the maintenance of the (artificial) nails.

• The customer has not followed the advice from us for the home care of (artificial) nails.

• The customer neglects the advised to seek medical help.

• The customer did not use the products according to the instructions.


Consultation Form

Upon your first visit to Mit Beauty & Body Care Ltd., you will be asked to fill in a consultation form including the details of medical history, and sign the indemnity statement declaring the answers are true and correct. This is for your own wellbeing and is essential for any treatments to be carried out. Refusal to fill out and sign a consultation card will result in refusal of treatment.


Liability

Mit Beauty & Body Care Ltd. is not liable for damages of any kind caused by us due to customer provided incorrect and/or incomplete information on relevant physical disorders, drug use, work or leisure.We do not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property that the customer has taken to our salon.


Damage & Theft

Mit Beauty & Body care Ltd. has the right to claim financial compensation if the customer damages furniture, equipment or products. Mit Beauty & Body Care always reports any criminal activities to the police.


Conduct

The customer should behave properly by generally accepted standards. If the customer after repeated warnings continues to expose improper behaviour, the nail shop has the right to refuse the customer access to the salon without giving reasons.


Mobile Phones & Tablets

Please ensure your cell phone and tablets are switched to silent before you enter the salon to respect other guests’ relaxation time.


Children in the Salon

To ensure you get the most out of your time with us, and in consideration of other clients we respectfully request that you make arrangements for your children to be cared for while you are with us.
